Affordable Cost

  • There are no upfront costs or any obligation to proceed to get a pre-approval.
  • Should we get an approval and you decide to proceed the fee for our service will be broken into the following payment plan:
      • 1/2 of the fee at initial submission is due to submit for processing and mitigation
      • 1/4 of the fee 2 weeks later
      • The final 1/4 of the fee is due at the end of the negotiation.

The associated cost to negotiate your modification will be
$2,999.00 up to a $300,000 loan amount or 1% of the loan amount over $300,000. 

Fees may be paid via certified check, money order or major credit card.
