We will help you to collect all of your paperwork and then submit you for Approval to our attorneys.

  • There are no upfront costs or any obligation to proceed to get a pre-approval.
  • Should we get an approval and you decide to proceed the fee for our service will be broken into the following payment plan:
      • $995 at initial submission is due to submit for attorney processing and retainer fee
      • 1/2 of the balance 2 weeks later
      • The final payment is due to be placed in escrow within 30 days.

The associated cost to negotiate your modification will be
$3,495.00 up to a $350,000 loan amount or 1% of the loan amount over $350,000. 

Fees may be paid via certified check, money order or major credit card.
Checks are to be made payable directly to our attorneys for placement in escrow until your file is completed.
